First floor[edit | edit source]
Gerringothe Thorm is on the south wing of the top floor searching for gold. There is a lot of gold just scattered around on the floor.
Near Gerringothe, there is a safe containing 514 gold, which requires passing a 
DC 16 Strength check to open. In the north wing, another safe requiring a DC 30 Sleight of Hand check contains no gold. The combination for this safe is written in 
PLEASE READ! on the nearby wall, which requires passing a passive DC 18 Perception check to notice.
The 
Tollhouse Clerk's Key is in a desk on the north wing, which unlocks the double oak doors near Gerringothe. Inside this room, an opulent chest containing the 
Gloves of Battlemage's Power can be opened with a DC 10 Sleight of Hand check.
In the Tollhouse Master's Office, a heavy chest contains the 
Ironvine Shield. Several rotten floorboards can be broken to reach the floor below, where there are two chests. On the wall of the floor below, passing a passive DC 15 Perception check reveals a button that opens an exit to leave the room. If all party members fail the perception check, the party must use a Waypoint to leave the room.
Near the ladder to the roof, there is a plaque labelled 'Seized Inventory' requiring a passive DC 5 Perception check to notice. The entrance to this room is blocked by shadow-cursed vines. To access this area, the party must either destroy the vines or climb the ladder onto the roof, DC 10 Perception check to find some rotten boards, and break through to access the room below. The room contains a 
Greataxe +1 and a chest with the 
Fireheart, which can be unlocked with DC 14 Sleight of Hand check. If entering through the roof, the party can leave by jumping through the window. Alternatively, it is possible to return directly to the roof, but the camera angle may not show the roof to land on. In this case, placing a crate on the roof can provide a visible surface to jump onto, but additional camera jockeying may be needed. It is also possible to leave the room by Fast Travel.
Roof[edit | edit source]
If climbing onto the roof using the ladder near Gerringothe Thorm, there is a skeleton carrying a 
Club +1 and the Tollhouse Basement Key.
Basement[edit | edit source]
The basement can be accessed from outside on the south side of the building. Passing a DC 10 Perception check reveals a button on the left side wall that opens the bookcases to reveal a secret room. 
Gerringothe's Logbook, a 
Soul Coin and a gilded chest can be found in this room. Climbing the roots lead the party down one floor to another room containing alchemy ingredients and a rustic chest.

Gloves of Battlemage's Power is in an opulent chest, on the second floor in a room unlocked with the Tollhouse Clerk's Key, at X: -84 Y: -88.
Fireheart is in the seized inventory room at X: -127 Y: -78, which can be accessed by jumping down through loose planks on the roof or jumping up from the ground through a large window.
Ironvine Shield - in a heavy chest, on the first floor in the tollhouse master's office, at X: -127 Y: -95.
Signed Trade Visa is given by Gerringothe Thorm for a 5.000 gold toll.
Soul Coin is on a table in a secret room in the basement. A Perception check reveals a button on the wall in the main room, which moves the shelves away from the door when pressed.
