Gond is the God of craft, smithing, and inventiveness, neutral (as Gond), chaotic good (as Nebelun). He is associated with the domains Forge (as Gond), Knowledge, Trickery (as Nebelun)

Overview[edit | edit source]

The Lord of All Smiths had many forms and names, and under all of them pushed for innovation and imaginativeness, sometimes to a dangerous degree, as a result of his short-sighted desire to create. Gond was also known as Nebelun among Gnomes of the Realms, who venerated him alongside the other Lords of the Golden Hills (the Gnome pantheon).

History[edit | edit source]

Prior to the events of Baldur's Gate 3, many Gondian members of Baldur's Gate were forced into serving Gortash Gortash and his Banite cultists, working on the construction of Steel Watchers inside the Steel Watch Foundry. To ensure the Gondians would follow Gortash's bidding, they are forced to wear Kill Collars, which can be detonated, killing them instantly. Gortash also ordered for the families of the Gondian engineers to be taken away to the Iron Throne.

Church of Gond[edit | edit source]

Gond's followers are known as The Church of Gond. Gond is mostly worshipped by Gnomes.
