Description

Embrace Kereska's ice to gain Resistance to Cold damage. Your Cold spells deal additional Cold damage equal to your Proficiency Bonus.

When you deal spell damage, inflict 1 turn of  Frost upon the target. While attuned to Kereska's ice you can cast  Cone of Cold and  Ice Storm once each per Short Rest.
