Ray of Frost is a cantrip (Evocation). It deals Cold damage to the target and slows it down.
Description
Call forth a frigid beam of blue light. Deals 1d8Cold damage and reduces the target's Movement Speed by 
3 m / 10 ft.

At higher levels
When the spellcaster reaches Level 5, the damage increases by another 1d8 Cold, for a total of:

- Movement Speed is reduced by 3 m / 10 ft.
