Where to find

Notes

  • The party must first obtain Guiding Light to get there. Alternatively, the party can pass a perception check along the eastern wall on the top floor of the Arcane Tower, revealing a lever that unlocks a path to the basement from the bottom floor of the tower.
  • Unlike most potions, Basilisk Oil cannot be directly consumed by the user, and is instead administered to another creature or thrown.
