Fancy Footwork

Fancy Footwork is a passive feature available to Swashbuckler rogues which prevents the targets of their melee attacks from taking opportunity attacks against them.

Description

If you make a melee attack against a target, that target can't make Opportunity Attacks against you for the rest of your turn.

How to learn

Classes:

• Class level 3: Swashbuckler

Notes

• This feature is similar to  Mobile: Evade Opportunity Attack granted by the Mobile feat.
• This passive still works if the attack misses.

Bugs

• Enemies with the  War Caster or  Polearm Master feats still take Opportunity Attacks when otherwise affected by this feature.
• Due to a hidden technical condition that is applied to the target, this passive triggers effects such as Coldbrim Chill from  Coldbrim Hat.
