Heal a creature you can see.

No effect on undead and constructs.

 Range: 18 m (60 ft)

At higher levels

Upcasting: Heals an additional 1d4⁠⁠Hit Points for each spell slot level above 1st.

How to learn

Classes:

• Class level 1: Bard, Cleric, and Druid

Granted by features:

•  Magic Initiate: Bard
•  Magic Initiate: Cleric
•  Magic Initiate: Druid

Granted by items:

• Amulet of Restoration ( Recharge: Long rest)

Used by creatures: Brynna, Chenti, Gut, Halsin, Hope, Lurgan, Marcoryl, Morghal, Nettie, and Stornugoss

Other ways to learn:

• There are no scrolls available for wizards to transcribe to their spellbooks.  Scroll of Healing Word has been entirely removed from the game.

Notes

The incantation for Healing Word is Te Curo, Latin for "I cure you".
