This is a list of the encounters that reward experience when resolved peacefully (i.e. via dialogues). The game rewards the same experience when defeating creating peacefully and when killing them. Killing them afterwards doesn't reward more experience.

Some encounters in Act One, when resolved peacefully, also completes a type of quest, BypassedCombatMedium, that rewards extra experience. This is shown in this article by adding the extra experience between parentheses and adding a note about it.

The reward depends of the creature level and the reward category assigned to the creature. When the creature level is lower than the area level, the game uses the area level. This is shown in this article by striking the creature level and replacing it with the area level (e.g. Goblin Tracker in the Blighted Village: level 1 3 Combatant, 20 xp).

TODO: The encounter at the windmill (I have a save just before to get the encounter details). This one is a mess, you don't get all the xp by resolving peacefully (the xp for fezzerk and 2 devouts are missing) + there is a BypassedCombatMedium quest. Can get the xp for fezzerk and the 2 devouts by turning TBM on and killing them after dialogues. Started by approaching the Windmill and interacting with Fezzerk Fezzerk.
