Zhentmodeus

Zhentmodeus is a  Zhentarim mercenary who can be summoned during ⁠Confront the Elder Brain in Act Three.

Involvement

Zhentmodeus can be summoned with the  Gather Your Allies action  Black Fist Enforcers, together with  Zhent Half-Elven and  Zhent Elf, if the party completes ⁠Aid the Underduke and sides with the  Zhentarim. She only shows up if  Fishbait Arno,  Slick Inatra,  Gravedigger Karcen and  Phase die prior to the Netherbrain battle.
