Markoheshkir

Markoheshkir is a legendary +2 Quarterstaff which empowers the wielder's spells and can be tuned towards a certain element, granting extra spells and effects. It can also cast a spell for free, once per long rest.

⁠Kereska, draconic goddess of arcane knowledge, imbues many chromatic dragons with their magic. This includes their exquisite and terrible breath, which has wrenched giants from their tall thrones, and destroyed civilisations of smallfolk.

Notes

• One must use  See Invisibility to see the lever and then pass a  DC 20 Arcana check, which disables the globe.

Bugs

• The "Long Rest" cooldown restriction on Arcane Battery is per character, rather than per item. As such, Arcane Battery can be used repeatedly by passing the weapon possessing this feature to different characters, activating it once on each.
• The effect of Arcane Battery is consumed if active when the character casts a cantrip, despite the cantrip not being highlighted in the character's cast bar.
