Ide is a Tiefling NPC in Baldur's Gate 3. One of the children of the Tiefling Refugees being trained to fight in The Hollow of the Emerald Grove.

Act One

Ide can first be encountered in the training area of The Hollow inside the Emerald Grove, being trained by Asharak together with Gan and Umi. He is determined to become a better warrior. He can either be encouraged or discouraged by what the Player Character says to him and the rest of the children when prompted by Asharak.

In Act Two, you can use persuasion or deception to get the The Way of the Wanderer book he was going to give to Rolan.
