Abjure Enemy is an Action. This ability allows them to Frighten an enemy.
Description
an enemy. They'll be easier to hit and cannot move.
Fiends and undead have Disadvantage on this Saving Throw

- Details:
- Range: 18 m / 60 ft
- WIS Save (On Save: Target is instead.)
Condition: Abjure Enemy: Frightened
Duration: 3 turns
- Cannot move. Frightened entities also have Disadvantage on Ability Checks and Attack rolls.
Condition: Abjure Enemy: Slow
Duration: 3 turns
- Movement speed is halved. Taking damage ends this condition.
