Fraygo's Flophouse is a Location within Rivington in Act Three of Baldur's Gate 3. Fraygo's Flophouse is a bunkhouse just inside and to the west of the southern entrance to Wyrm's Crossing, through the entrance to the area, past the guards on the way to the lower city that trigger a conversation.

First floor[edit | edit source]

Dalyria Dalyria and Petras Pale Petras can be found arguing on the first floor. Interacting with them will progress Astarion Astarion's personal quest, The Pale Elf The Pale Elf. Note that if the party approaches them with a light effect active, such as Daylight Daylight or with The Blood of Lathander equipped,[1] they will disappear and one of the party members will make a comment about it.

Hidden room[edit | edit source]

Up a ladder on the second floor X: -12 Y: 87 is an attic with a red wardrobe X: -17 Y: 82 which can be opened with the Flowery Key.

A successful DC 10 Perception check followed by a DC 10 Investigation check allows the party to spot blood by the bed and find Ffion Goldgrind Ffion Goldgrind's body. Inside this room are several objects which can be interacted with to gain more information about the Open Hand Temple murders. In particular, the Bloodstained Parchment found on the table to the right of the room's entrance is necessary to progress the quest.
