Bulettes are a type of Monstrosity and non-playable race in Baldur's Gate 3. They are armoured monsters that burrow through underground tunnels and can suddenly erupt from the ground to strike.
About edit
Bulettes are extremely dangerous monstrosities. Their natural armour consists of thick plates layered across their bodies. They are typically native to hill environments but can be found in many different locations. Bulettes are sometimes referred to as Landsharks.
A bulette's Territorial passive feature causes them to prioritise other monstrosity creatures. This can be used to the party's advantage when luring the bulette to fight other creatures.

Notes edit
- Bulette grants 150 XP when killed.
- Glut can reanimate a bulette. It is one of the toughest and highest-damage creatures which Glut can control; however, due to its large size, it cannot use climbing apparatuses like ladders and may struggle to navigate tight areas.
- Applying Bone Chilled or Arrow of Ilmater to the Bulette before it uses Burrow prevents it from healing as it exits combat.
- The healing only restores its real hit points, not the temporary ones it has in honour mode.
- Command does not stop it burrowing, but the command applies when it next appears.
- The bulette has voice lines if Speak with Animals is used on the A Deep Hole in the Underdark.
