Zena is one of the patrons at The Blushing Mermaid in the Lower City. She claims that Baldur's Gate used to be a beautiful city, but has fallen into disrepair since the arrival of refugees. She has faith that Gortash will improve city conditions. If approaching, Zena can be overheard lamenting to herself about the state of Baldur's Gate.
