Loot[edit | edit source]

Tactics[edit | edit source]

Blood sages favor distance in combat, preferring spells to support their kind. They focus applying Bloodlust to redcaps so they can use Multiattack Multiattack before following up with Open Wounds Open Wounds to provide more of an advantage to their allies. Otherwise, they use Hold Person Hold Person to leave an enemy helpless to attack.

Despite their spells, they are weak in a direct fight because they lack weapons. It is recommended to close the distance and focus on attacking them to break their Concentration with Bloodlust or Hold Person. If a party member is struck with Open Wounds, a simple healing spell or potion removes the Bleeding condition.
