Channel Oath is a class feature of Paladins learned at level 1. The exact effects available when used vary depending on which Oath the Paladin swore when taking the class. Though paladins will only ever have a single charge available to them, it is replenished on a short or long rest.

If a paladin breaks their oath, then they become unable to use their Channel Oath abilities until they speak with the Oathbreaker Knight and either reclaim their previous oath or discard it and become an Oathbreaker.
