Ellswort is rotting in an open grave in the Graveyard of the Lower City. Upon touching the corpse, it explodes due to the Grotesque Distention condition. A party member can safely pick up the corpse by right-clicking and selecting the pick up option, if they have sufficient strength. The corpse can also be "activated" to produce a poison cloud by looting it while held in inventory. Doing so creates the poison effect but does not destroy the corpse or allow the holder to actually loot the body.
