Morbus is in the graveyard playing hide and seek with Pookums. If a party member speaks with him, Morbus explains he is looking for his buried sister so they can be together again.
He can also be spoken with regarding the quest Find Mystic Carrion's Servant. Morbus then remembers that Thrumbo said "down the stairs, across the sand".
