Pookums is a human child in the Graveyard of the Lower City in Act Three.

Act Three

Pookums can be found speaking with the Strange Beggar Morbus, who is wandering around nearby tombstones. Morbus believes that he is playing hide-and-seek with his dead family under one of them, while the girl is trying to explain that his behavior is disrespectful.

If spoken to, Pookums complains that Morbus is not listening to her and calls him stupid. She also says that playing at the graveyard is not a bright idea anyway.
