Netherstone-Pommelled Bloodthirst is a legendary +2 Dagger wielded by Orin which makes critical hits more likely and can make targets vulnerable to Piercing or more likely to be hit, depending on which hand the weapon is equipped on.

• When this item is looted it breaks into  Bloodthirst and  Orin's Netherstone.
• In-game this is, in terms of grammar, incorrectly labelled as "Netherstone-Pomelled Bloodthirst".

Regarding Improved Critical:

• Improved Critical also applies to all attacks, not just those made with the corresponding weapon.
• Improved Critical stacks with features that increase critical hit range. This includes multiple copies of Improved Critical itself (with both  Bloodthirst and  The Dead Shot equipped) or similar features like Organ Rearranger (from  Knife of the Undermountain King). Regarding Exploit Weakness:

• Exploit Weakness is only applied by  Bloodthirst and only when used in melee combat; throwing this weapon does not apply the passive.
