Morbus can be found in the graveyard playing hide and seek with  Pookums. If a party member speaks with him, Morbus explains that he is looking for his buried sister so they can be together again.

He can also be spoken with regarding the quest ⁠Find Mystic Carrion's Servant. Morbus then remembers that  Thrumbo said "down the stairs, across the sand".
