Starry Form: Archer is a bonus action available to Circle of the Stars druids. It lets them enter a  Starry Form where they can shoot arrows made of light.

A constellation of an archer appears on you. As a  Bonus Action while in this Starry Form, you can cast  Luminous Arrow.

At higher levels

• At level 2, Luminous Arrow deals 1d8 + Wisdom modifier⁠Radiant damage.
• At level 10 with  Twinkling Constellations, Luminous Arrow deals 2d8 + Wisdom modifier⁠Radiant damage.
