Slow is a level 3 transmutation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to reduce movement speed, Armour Class, and Dexterity Saving Throws, and limit actions.
Description
Alter time around up to 6 enemies to Slow them. They won't get far, they can't do much, and they're easier to hit.

At higher levels
Upcast: Casting this spell at a higher level doesn't grant any additional benefits.Condition: Slowed
Duration: 10 turns
- Movement Speed is halved
- Armour Class and Dexterity Saving throws are reduced by 2
- Can only take an Action or a Bonus Action, not both
- Cannot take Reactions
- Cannot make more than 1 attack per turn
- Spells cast might be delayed for one turn

Notes
- Also granted to s who choose the Eldritch Invocation Mire the Mind at level 5+.
- Despite what the in-game description says, this spell applies a -2 penalty to all Saving throws, not just Dexterity.
- Enemies automatically repeat the Wisdom Saving Throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the effect on a success.
