Notes

  • The order of application of conditions matters. Chilling an already wet target will not freeze it. It must be chilled and then wet.
  • The duration of the Frozen Frozen condition ticks down at the start of the affected creature's turn. With a duration of just 1 turn, this means the effect will immediately end at the start of the frozen creature's turn without disabling it for even a single turn.
    • When applied with Encrusted with Frost Encrusted with Frost, Frozen Frozen will instead last 2 turns (so effectively 1 full round), so it doesn't have this issue.
