- Affected entity is utterly enamelled in ice and is Incapacitated. If it is dealt Bludgeoning, Thunder, or Force damage, the ice shatters, ending the condition.
- Gains Vulnerability to Bludgeoning, Thunder, and Force damage.
- Gains Resistance to Fire damage.
- Gains immunity to and .
Notes
- The order of application of conditions matters. Chilling an already wet target will not freeze it. It must be chilled and then wet.
- The duration of the condition ticks down at the start of the affected creature's turn. With a duration of just 1 turn, this means the effect will immediately end at the start of the frozen creature's turn without disabling it for even a single turn.
