Vision of the Absolute image

Vision of the Absolute is an uncommon special variant of the Spears family of weapons. It is a simple melee weapon that can be wielded in one hand, or with both hands for extra damage. Its design lends itself well to be thrown at enemies as a projectile. Its design doesn't lend itself to be dual-wielded, even by those with special training in dual-wielding.

Notes and Trivia

  • As implied in the description of Absolute Night, this Spear deals extra damage to spiders, spider-like enemies, spectators and other creatures with many eyes.

Concentration Icons.png Spoiler warning! This section reveals details about the story of Baldur's Gate 3.

This is consistent with the positioning of Absolute in Baldur's Gate 3 as a deific figure in opposition to Lolth, the Drow Queen of Spiders.
