About Death Shepherds edit
Two Death Shepherds can be found leading a swarm of ghouls along the Rosymorn Monastery Trail. Another can be found in the Moonrise Towers Prison during the assault on Moonrise Towers, and a fourth appears in the Necrotic Laboratory within the Mind Flayer Colony. A unique Death Shepherd named Garret Dortmell can appear in the Lower City Graveyard if the player character helps Nina Dortmell resurrect him.

Tactics edit
- No Rest for the Wicked revives its target with full HP on Tactician difficulty.
- The Death Shepherd's No Rest for the Wicked can be countered by picking up the corpses of defeated undead so that they cannot be revived. Counterspell is also effective.
- The Death Shepherd is able to revive other Death Shepherds using No Rest for the Wicked, and those revived can also use this ability in turn. To avoid an endless cycle of Death Shepherds reviving each other, it is recommended to make sure that there are no downed Death Shepherds when any of them start their turn. One way to achieve this is to reduce each to a few hp remaining, but not kill them, and when they have all are at a few remaining hp, then eliminate them all in a single turn for example by hitting them with a Fireball.
- Death Shepherds will lose most of their resistances once the temporary hit points from Necrotic Veil are removed. However, they will still have resistance to Slashing, Piercing, and Bludgeoning damage, and immunity to Poison damage, so it may be wise to use spells of other damage types to defeat them (e.g. Fireball, Lightning Bolt).
