Abjure Enemy is an Oath of Vengeance Paladin Action. This ability allows them to Frighten an enemy.
Description
Frighten an enemy. They'll be easier to hit and cannot move. Fiends and undead have Disadvantage on this Saving Throw
On Save: Target is Slowed instead.

- Range: 18 m / 60 ft
Duration: 3 turns
- Movement Speed is halved
- Armour Class and Dexterity Saving throws are reduced by 2
- Can only take an Action or a Bonus Action, not both
- Cannot take Reactions
- Cannot make more than 1 attack per turn
- Spells cast might be delayed for one turn
Condition: Frightened
Duration: 3 turns
- Cannot move. Frightened entities also have Disadvantage on Ability checks and Attack rolls.
