Arcane Recovery is a Wizard Class Action. This ability allows the Wizard to regain a number Spell Slots once per day.
Description
Once per day out of combat, you can replenish expended Spell Slots.

Arcane Recovery Charge
Range: Self 
Recharge: Available only out of combat.
- Must be used on expended spell slots, cannot create additional spell slots.

The recovered spell slots must have a combined level that is less than or equal to half your Wizard level (rounded up), with a maximum of a 5th level Spell Slot.
