Ray of Frost is a cantrip (Evocation). It deals Cold damage to the target and slows it down.
Description
Reduces the target's Movement Speed by 
3 m / 10 ft.

At higher levels
When the spellcaster reaches Level 5, the damage increases to 2d8Cold.

- Movement Speed is reduced by 3 m / 10 ft.
