Sleet Storm is a level 3 conjuration spell. This spell allows spellcasters to call forth a storm that douses fire, creates an Ice Surface, and disrupts the Concentration of spellcasters.

Call forth a storm that douses fire, creates an Ice Surface, and disrupts the 
Concentration of spellcasters.
Ice is a surface that is considered difficult terrain. Creatures moving through it have their Movement Speed halved, and may fall Prone.

Creates Area: Sleet Storm- Concentration
At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.

How to learn
Classes:
- Class Level 5: Druid , Sorcerer , Wizard , and Tempest Domain Cleric
- Class Level 6: Storm Sorcery Sorcerer
Notes
- Generates an Ice Surface. Creatures moving through it have their Movement Speed halved, and must make a Dexterity
Saving throw or fall Prone. - Spellcasters in the area must make a Concentration Saving throw to maintain their spells.
- Any
Fire damage will burn away the surface for the turn. If the caster continues to concentrate, the ice surface will form again the following turn. - Circle of the Land Druids who choose the Arctic or Coast Land at level 5 learn this spell automatically.
