Sleet Storm is a level 3 conjuration spell. This spell allows spellcasters to call forth a storm that douses fire, creates an Ice Surface, and disrupts the Concentration of spellcasters.

Ice is a surface that is considered difficult terrain. Creatures moving through it have their Movement Speed halved, and may fall Prone.

The spell creates a cloud with the following properties.

• AoE: 9 m / 30 ft (Radius)
• Duration: 10 turns

How to learn

Classes:

• Class Level 5: Druid , Sorcerer , Wizard , and Tempest Domain Cleric

Notes

• Generates an Ice Surface. Creatures moving through it have their Movement Speed halved, and must make a Dexterity Saving throw or fall Prone.
• Spellcasters in the area must make a Concentration Saving throw to maintain their spells.
• Any Fire damage will burn away the surface for the turn. If the caster continues to concentrate, the ice surface will form again the following turn.
