Transmuter's Stone is a Transmutation School Wizard free action that allows you to create Transmuter's Stones which allow you to give a creature various benefits by holding that stone.

Description

Store some of your transmutation magic in a small stone. A creature carrying the stone gains a benefit of your choice.

Once you have created a stone, you need to cast a Transmutation spell of Level 1 or higher or take a Long Rest before you can create another one.

  • Affected entity has recently created a Transmuter's Stone.
  • It needs to cast a Transmutation spell of Level 1 or higher or take a Long Rest before it can create another one.

How to learn

Notes

  • You can cast ritual spells like Enhance Leap Enhance Leap outside of combat to refresh Transmuter's Stone without using any spell slots.
  • Only one stone can be active at a time per casting character, though a creature can hold multiple stones from multiple characters.
  • When the caster of the Transmuter's Stone leaves the party, all stones created by them will be destroyed.
