Flant Borlley is listening to Augur Harxkellan's speech in the Lower City between the Elfsong Tavern and Baldur's Mouth. Although he does not join in with the crowd, Borlley believes Gortash will protect the city and that he is an "impressive figure of a man".
If a positive article is printed about the party from Stop the Presses, Flant Borlley tells them that his name is Ashwyn, and to please give Lord Gortash his regards.
If Gortash is defeated, Flant and the rest of the crowd disappear.
