Xargrim was in charge of discovering how to operate the forge, and he magically concealed his notes on the subject within the book [[Flumph Mating Rituals]]. Eventually the 3 explorers turned on one another, with Xargrim releasing a [[Spectator]] on Dhourn and his hired mercenaries. At some point he was imprisoned and killed by the [[Myconid]]s in Ebonlake Grotto.

Xargrim or Pale Corpse is one of the three Drow Explorers in the Underdark. His corpse can be found behind Ebonlake Grottos Guardian Gate in the Underdark during Act One.

His Pale Corpse can be spoken to with Speak with Dead Speak with Dead.

Xargrim, Filro, and Dhourn were trying to find the Adamantine Forge somewhere within the Underdark. Xargrim was in charge of discovering how to operate the forge, and he magically concealed his notes on the subject within the book Flumph Mating Rituals. Eventually the 3 explorers turned on one another, with Xargrim releasing a Spectator on Dhourn and his hired mercenaries. At some point he was imprisoned and killed by the Myconids in Ebonlake Grotto.
