Rath can be found in the Inner Sanctum arguing with Kagha Kagha, who is considering Arabella Arabella's punishment after her failed attempt to steal the Idol of Silvanus. Rath is one of the few who strongly disagrees with Kagha's leadership. He urges the party to find Halsin Halsin, reassuring them that he will keep an eye on Kagha in the meantime.

The party can speak to him during Investigate Kagha Investigate Kagha, which reveals that Shadow Druids have infiltrated the Grove. He fights alongside the party to drive them out.
