Bala Ofran is a rock gnome member of the Church of Gond, found enslaved in the Steel Watch Foundry.
Involvement[edit | edit source]
Bala Ofran can be found on the lab floor of the foundry battling Black Gauntlet of Banes and Steel Watchers. Around her neck is a 
Kill Collar, which must be disabled by activating a 
Motivator held by one of the Black Gauntlets.
If saving her as part of the quest 
, she runs out of the lab and gathers with the rest of the Gondians outside of the foundry.
