Gasper Throaks

Fist of Bane Gasper Throaks is a cultist of Bane and son of  Blarson and  Clovia Throaks.

Involvement

Gasper can be found in the Steel Watch Foundry in the Lower City, next to  Iron Consul Chadd. He guards the Steel Watch Foundry and watches over the Gondians which are forced to work there to produce the Steel Watchers for Gortash.
