Tamia Holzt

Tamia Holzt is a Black Gauntlet of Bane found on the main floor of the Steel Watch Foundry at X: -292 Y: -147.

Involvement

Tamia Holzt guards the Steel Watch Foundry and watches over the Gondians which are forced to work there to produce the Steel Watchers for  Enver Gortash.

When first encountered, the party can witness her coercing a Gondian by starting Prinski's Motivation Sequence which would detonate the  Kill Collars worn by each Gondian if completed.

In the Elfsong Tavern, the party can meet  Blarson Throaks and his wife  Clovia discussing how their son  Gasper just got a new job working as a guard at the Steel Watch foundry, due to the help of Tamia Holzt. As the discussion continues, Clovia reveals that Tamia has become her new lover and she is leaving her husband.

Combat

When engaged in combat, Holzt prioritizes casting  Planar Ally: Deva and activating her  Motivator which must be quickly disarmed or every Gondian dies.

Attacks and actions

 Aura of Terror ()

Give enemies disadvantage on Attacks and saving throws while in your oppressive presence.

Creatures that can't be Frightened are immune to this aura.

Deals 8d8⁠⁠Necrotic damage to a target. Plants take maximum damage from this spell, and have  Disadvantage on the  Saving Throw against it.

Hit an enemy with all your might to deal damage and possibly  Daze them.

 Dominate a nearby humanoid. Allies are unaffected.

Every time the creature takes damage, it may repeat the  Saving Throw against your domination.

Putrefy a creature with Necrotic energy filling your hands.

 Initiate Collar Detonation ()

After the countdown is over, all Gondians will suffer a terrible fate.

Haunt a creature with illusions of its greatest fears. It takes 4d10⁠⁠Psychic Damage per turn, cannot move, has  Disadvantage on Ability Checks and Attack Rolls

Conjure a Celestial Deva to fight alongside you. It can cast  Wrathful Smite,  Revivify, and  Concussive Smash.

3d8⁠Necrotic

Call forth spirits to protect the area around you.

Nearby enemies take 3d8Necrotic damage per turn, and their Movement Speed is halved. Lasts for 10 turns.
