The everlasting shrouds and shadows of the Shadowfell

The Shadowfell is a plane of shadows and claimed as the domain of Shar Shar. It is a Location that can be visited through the Gauntlet of Shar in Act Two. Similar to the Astral Plane, gravity is weaker than on the material plane and it is easily possible to jump great distances through the shattered terrain.

The party will travel to the Shadowfell during the quest Find the Nightsong. The main feature of this area is the Nightsong's Prison at the very bottom of the path. And this has an important influence on Shadowheart Shadowheart's personal quest The Chosen of Shar.
