Encounter

You discover the petrified form of this Drow Wizard among other Drow in the same condition. Exploring this area will trigger an attack from a Spectator, which will cure Dhourn's petrification, who will fight alongside it unless the charm on him is broken by any amount of damage. Dhourn holds one of the three pieces required to rebuild the powerful Mourning Frost.
