Notes
- The Charisma modifier bonus damage is based off of the paladin's Charisma modifier, not the target's.
- The minimum bonus damage is 1, even if the paladin's Charisma is 11 or lower.
- The effect has no saving throw. If the attack lands, the condition will be inflicted.
