Inku Neza

Inku Neza is a Dragonborn who is a member of the Dead Eyes. He resides in Old Garlow's Place along with the rest of her crew if the quest Save Mayrina is never completed in Act One. The Dead Eyes replaces Mayrina and her Anti-Hag Support Group and are hostile on sight.

Attacks and abilities

 Main Hand Attack ()   –  Handaxe

Normal weapon damage Make a melee attack with your equipped weapon.

 Melee: 1.5 m / 5  ft

 Frenzy ()

Your  Rage turns into a frenzy! You gain  Frenzied Strike and  Enraged Throw. You can also make an  Improvised Melee Weapon attack as a bonus action.

You have Resistance to physical damage, and Advantage on Strength Checks and Saving Throws.

 Range: Self

 Reckless Attack ()

Normal weapon damage Throw all caution in the wind to gain Advantage on your melee Attack roll. Until your next turn, you have Advantage on all Attack Rolls, but enemies also have Advantage on Attack Rolls against you.

 Range: Normal weapon range

 Lacerate ()

Normal weapon damage

Slash at your target's vital points to make it  Bleed.

Undead and Constructs can't Bleed.
