Frenzy is a Berserker barbarian bonus action that is a variant of Rage. It turns the Berserker's anger into an uncontrollable fury and grants additional abilities in addition to those from Rage. Wearing Heavy Armour triggers the Rage ImpededRage Impeded condition, removing some benefits of Frenzy.

Description

Your RageRage turns into a frenzy! You gain Frenzied StrikeFrenzied Strike and Enraged ThrowEnraged Throw. You can also make an Improvised Melee WeaponImprovised Melee Weapon attack as a bonus action.

Gain Resistance to physical damage, and AdvantageAdvantage on Strength Checks and Saving Throws.

Available only in combat.
Rage ends early if you don't attack an enemy or take damage each turn.
You can't cast or concentrate on spells while raging.
