Vidor is a human fighter and a senior Manip of the Flaming Fist. Appearing alongside Counsellor Florrick in Last Light Inn, she is her second-in-command during their attempted rescue of Duke Ravengard.

Vidor, before his departure.

Involvement

Last Light Inn

Initially the leader on a mission led by Florrick to rescue Duke Ravengard, Vidor and the rest of his Fists were waylaid by the dangers of the Shadow-Cursed Lands and found refuge with the Harpers at Last Light Inn. Vidor can initially be found within Last Light Inn, discussing with Florrick on the matter of Art Cullagh in the hopes that the latter can be their solution to breaking the Duke out.

If Florrick wasn't rescued from Waukeen's Rest in Act One, Vidor will never appear in the game.

Resolve the Abduction

When Flaming Fist Marcus attacks the inn and attempts to kidnap Isobel during Resolve the Abduction, Vidor will not be affected by the Impaled Impaled condition and instead be Surprised Surprised, or will join the battle on his own without being affected by any conditions if the door to the room he is in is opened after the encounter starts. If the party fails to protect Isobel, he and everyone in Last Light Inn will turn into a Shadow-Cursed Undead Shadow-Cursed Undead, save for Jaheira.

Leaving for Baldur's Gate

After a Long Rest, Vidor, along with Fist Cyril and Fist Thadwick will depart Last Light Inn and head to Baldur's Gate with Florrick in order to seek out reinforcements; particularly reinforcements in the form of automatons unaffected by the Shadow Curse, known as the Steel Watch.

Manip Vidor is never seen again after this point. He is presumably killed or imprisoned upon his arrival in the city[note 1].

Notes

  1. As Florrick is immediately captured and imprisoned upon her arrival in Baldur's Gate, it can be assumed that Vidor either suffered the same fate, or possibly worse.
  • As of Patch 6, despite having Extra Attack, Vidor is not able to attack twice during his turns.
