    • In D&D 5e is the current owner of Ramazith's Tower in Upper City while Sorcerous Sundries belonges to another wizard, Rivalen Blackhand. Lorroakan is broke and has an ever-pressing need for money, and he desperatly wants to learn the late wizard Ramazith's secrets of wealth that lie beneath his tower. Lorroakan is eager to hire some adventurers to do it for him.
    • It is possible when the Upper City was scrapped early in development, Larian had to move Lorroakan and his storyline to Sorcerous Sundries, making him a wealthy proprietor of both buildings. It is also possible that Sorcerous Vault was initally designed to be Ramazith's Vault as it has tower-like features.
