Notes
- The order of application of conditions matters. Chilling an already wet target will not freeze it. It must be chilled and then wet. However, applying wet to an already wet and chilled target will freeze it.
- The duration of the condition ticks down at the start of the affected creature's turn. With a duration of just 1 turn, this means the effect will immediately end at the start of the frozen creature's turn without disabling it for even a single turn.
