Crossbow Expert: Point-Blank is a passive feature that allows you to make crossbow attacks within melee range without having Disadvantage.
Description
When you make crossbow attacks within melee range, the Attack Rolls do not have 
Disadvantage.

- Due to the mechanics of
Threatened, having two or more enemies in melee range renders this feat useless. It only helps when there is a single enemy in melee range and the attack is made against that enemy.
