Jy'ir can be initially found in the Crèche Infirmary, lying in a bunk bed. She viciously derides any outsiders, if spoken to as a non-gith; however, she reveals a brighter side to her kin, expressing hope for the combat prowess of the crèche's youth.

She turns hostile after either of these circumstances:
