Sa'varsh Kethk is an instructor in the Classroom of Crèche Y'llek during Act One.

Kethk is a brutal taskmaster, not above killing his own students if it means hardening the survivors. He will do exactly this to Youth Varrl, unless interrupted by the party, who can step in to save the youth's life or kill the child themselves.
Kethk firmly believes in survival of the fittest, and espouses his beliefs on child rearing and other tenets of traditional githyanki philosophy.
He and his students become hostile if the party progress far enough in Discover the Artefact's Secrets.

Spend 6 m (20 ft) of your movement. For the rest of your turn, roll ranged damage twice and use the highest result.
Give one of your students telepathic instructions to psionically empower them.
The target gains 20 temporary hit points and deals an additional 2d6 damage until it loses its temporary hit points.

Deal regular damage and possibly inflict Gaping Wounds which cause extra damage on attacks.
Undead and constructs can't receive Gaping Wounds.
